  • Hang the drapes up high ( the best way is to hang them within a few inches of your ceiling line)

  •  Keep it Proportional ( try to avoid decors like furniture, floor lamps, bookshelves and other decorations that are taller than average).

  • Lighting – pot lights, semi – flush, pendant, chandelier and other lighting designs that hang down from the ceiling can make the room with low ceiling feel more squashed.
