You can add interest to every room in your home with beautiful mirror designs. They can make the dull walls more charming and can create artistic expressions too. But, the most important think is that you can make your space look more grandiose and bigger with a big mirror. You can place it in any corner in your home, like in the hallways, bedrooms, bathrooms. If you are a modern kind of person, I advise you to put the mirror in a minimalistic frame, while if you are a classy style of person, you can put the mirror in a baroque frame. In both cases, you should choose big frames to make a statement.

I already mention that the mirrors have a variety of uses, like reflecting the light, enhancing and opening up the space. However, there are some tips you should know before you hang a mirror in your home.

  • You should definitely use large mirrors in tiny rooms

The big mirror designs can create the illusion of depth, so that you can use them in any small room in your home. In the dining room, you can place it across from your favorite artwork or on the wall above the dining table to reflect the chandelier.

  • Make the mirrors a focal point in the room

Mirrors can dress up the space and make it look larger and more sophisticated.

  • Don’t place mirrors around your home just to cover empty wall space

Make sure that when you hang a mirror, so it is reflecting something that’s worth looking at, not a random things in your room.

  • You can use mirrors in narrow staircases and hallways

A small horizontal mirror works great in a narrow staircase or hallway as it can widen the space.

  • You can use mirrored furniture

Mirrors trick the eye, so you can install a mirror on your big furniture and make it appear as if it is disappearing. You can also place mirrored drawers next to a wall in your tiny room and make it look like the floor extends beyond that wall.
